Relaxation Massage
30 min-$50 | 60 min-$80 | 80 min-$100
A gentle form of massage that uses gentle to moderate pressure, long strokes, kneading, circular movements, vibration, and tapping to increase circulation and promote relaxation. Improves circulation and blood flow; aiding in lymphatic movement. Add 15 min of Craniosacral therapy 30 / 60 /80

When to book this: Your goal is to relax and decompress.

Rehabilitative Massage
60 min-$90 | 80 min-$115
Combines stretching and manual therapy tailored to injury from strains, sprains, disc injuries and post operative treatment. Used for preventative sports injury and/or previous unresolved injury care or chronic and acute tissue dysfunction as a result of a medical condition.

When to book this: Post injury, chronic injury, post surgical.

Therapeutic Massage
30 min-$50 | 60 min-$80 | 80 min-$100
Targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, commonly to help with tired muscles from overuse. Slower deeper pressure is applied often accompanied with trigger point therapy to reduce tight muscles. Add 15 min of Craniosacral therapy 30/ 60 / 80

When to book this: Relax and relieve areas of restriction and tension.

Gua Sha Treatment
30 min-$50
Traditional Chinese medical treatment in which the skin is scraped with a tool to help reduce inflammation, reduce adhesion and promote healing. Can be incorporated into a Therapeutic massage

When to book this: Needing increased blood flow, trigger points and restricted ROM.

Prenatal Massage
30 min-$50 | 60 min-$80
Same goals of a regular massage but is tailored to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies. Focuses on aching and swelling of the pregnant body and is primarily in a side lying position.

When to book this: Must be in second trimester before receiving any bodywork.

Massage Cupping Treatment
30 min-$50
Therapy in which cups are applied to the skin creating suction as a way of stimulating the flow of energy and help reduce tight fascia. Can be incorporated into a Therapeutic massage.

When to book this: Tight fascia reducing ROM. Treating seasonal allergies.

Craniosacral Therapy
60 min-$70
Light touch bodywork that addresses the bones of the head,sacrum and spine. Works with the addressing dysfunction of the central nervous system.

When to book this: Chronic headaches, chronic jaw dysfunction, nervous system reset.

Hot Stone Massage
90 min-$115
The placement of sanitized, warmed, smooth stones upon different parts of the body. Treatment is done in conjunction with traditional massage techniques. Please allow 90 minutes for session.

When to book this: Needing heat therapy to help calm tense muscles and aid in relaxation.

Warm Bamboo Massage
75 min-$90
A warm, relaxing and therapeutic service done with assorted bamboo sticks to help relax and release overworked muscles.

When to book this: Needing a deep heated therapy to help relax tense muscles.

Packages
Packages are a great way to save money and maintain great care for your body. Three packs come in 30, 60 or 80 minute relaxation, therapeutic and sports medicine/medical massage sessions and can be used up to one year from purchase. Non-refundable and non-transferable.

Located within SOL Therapeutics, Yin Haven is a skin care, facial and sugar waxing service using organic and all natural botanical products.

Gift certificates for SOL Therapeutics are not transferable to Yin Haven. Facial/Waxing gifts must be purchased directly through Yin Haven.

What to Expect

WHAT TO EXPECT

First time clients please arrive ten minutes early. If you require any special assistance or accommodation please notify prior to session. An online health history intake form will be emailed to you prior to your appointment. Completing this form prior to your appointment time will avoid reduction of time of your session. Please use a working email address when setting up your online booking account.

Cancellations are bound to happen. Out of respect to the practitioner please allow for 24 hour notice of appointment. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of appointment you will be charged for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened session.

Same day appointments are not available. Expect to book your appointment in advance. Due to high demand, you may expect to schedule your appointment 4 weeks out. You may request to be on a cancellation list to get an earlier session date or time. This is a private practice and cannot provide multiple sessions at one time

Physical gift certificates and Digital gift certificates require you to book directly with the therapist. Please contact the therapist to set up your appointment. Digital gift certificates can be entered when booking online.

Appropriate draping and professionalism will be practiced at all time during massage. Only areas that are being worked on will be undraped. Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation, and will be reported.

Therapist reserves the right to refuse services for any reason.

ABOUT THE PRACTITIONER

Amber Spring Anderson is a licensed massage therapist, member of the AMTA and a graduate of the Wisconsin School of Massage Therapy. She believes that massage is an integral part of health and wellness and enjoys providing relief from the stresses that impact how our body functions. With a focus on pain management and rehabilitative manual therapy, Amber has experience in clinical massage with a background in sports science, kinesiology and neuroscience. She has worked with those recovering from injury or living with chronic conditions combining a variety of modalities to create a more effective healing response.

"My mission is to make massage and bodywork a path to wellness. My goal is to keep prices comfortable while providing excellent service. I prefer taking time to create a treatment plan that works best for each individual lifestyle, focusing on the overall objective of the client. Educating clients about how the body works and functions is important so that they may take more control over their overall health."
