WHAT TO EXPECT

COVID-19: Masking is optional. Practitioner will wear a mask during your session by request. If you are in a high risk category or are recovering from COVID-19 it is recommended you wear a mask to your appointment. When receiving a COVID-19 vaccine please allow two days from administration of vaccine to receive any bodywork.

First time clients please arrive ten minutes early. If you require any special assistance or accommodation please notify prior to session. An online health history intake form will be emailed to you prior to your appointment. Completing this form prior to your appointment time will avoid reduction of time of your session. Please use a working email address when setting up your online booking account.
Cancellations are bound to happen. Out of respect to the practitioner please allow for 24 hour notice of appointment. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of appointment you will be charged for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened session.
Same day appointments are not available. Expect to book your appointment in advance. You may request to be on a cancellation list to get an earlier session date or time. This is a private practice and cannot provide multiple sessions at one time
Physical gift certificates and Digital gift certificates require you to book directly with the therapist. Please contact the therapist to set up your appointment. Digital gift certificates can be entered when booking online.
Appropriate draping and professionalism will be practiced at all time during massage. Only areas that are being worked on will be undraped. Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation, and will be reported.
Therapist reserves the right to refuse services for any reason.

ABOUT THE PRACTITIONER

Amber Spring Anderson is a licensed massage therapist, member of the AMTA and a graduate of the Wisconsin School of Massage Therapy. She believes that massage is an integral part of health and wellness and enjoys providing relief from every day stress with a focus on pain management and rehabilitative manual therapy. Amber is experienced in clinical massage with a background in sports science, kinesiology and neuroscience. She enjoys focus on both relaxation and therapeutics while combining eastern and western practices to create a more effective healing response. She uses local and organic products in her treatments.
"My mission is to make massage and bodywork a path to wellness. My goal is to keep prices comfortable while providing excellent service. I prefer taking time to create a program that works best for each individual lifestyle, focusing on the overall objective of the client. Educating clients about how the body works and functions is important so that they may take more control over their overall health."
